When you sign up for an Override account, you can also choose to receive our monthly newsletter, reward expiration notifications, as well as any other relevant program information and offers by email.

Yes, you can combine earned rewards from Shaw’s and Dunkin’ Donuts depending on their expiration date as long as you have signed up on Override.com and have linked your cards on the "Link Partners" page.
Your total available fuel rewards are applied to only what you pump in a single fuel transaction (up to 20 gallons). There is no cash back or credit for any "unused" gallons.
The lowest gas price you can receive is 9 cents per gallon for regular grade. Override will apply your available rewards until your price is 9 cents per gallon. Any remaining cents per gallon rewards will be stored in your Override account until used in your next fuel transaction or until they expire.
At this time, rewards cannot be split.
Check your rewards status at any time by logging in to your account. You have until midnight the day your rewards expire to use them. If you opt in for communications, we will send you reminders five days before your rewards expire.

Update your information any time by logging in to your account at Override.com. Once logged in, select the "Contact Information" tab to update your address, email, phone numbers, and preferences.

Rewards must be redeemed using your Shaw’s Rewards Card, Shaw’s Key Tag, Override Card, or your registered Dunkin’ Donuts Card.
Some items - tobacco, alcohol, fluid milk, gift cards, pharmacy, tax and deposit - are ineligible and do NOT count towards the minimum purchase required to earn a reward.
You can only link one Shaw’s Rewards Card to your account.
To receive your Override rewards you must insert a wallet-size card – just like your credit or debit card – when prompted for your rewards card at the pump. To redeem your rewards with the key tag, you must bring it inside the station.
Of course, your Shaw's key tag will continue to work when you shop at Shaw's.
Yes, you can link up to five registered Dunkin' Donuts Cards to your Override account.
If you do not see your rewards as expected after reaching the $20 threshold, here are some possible explanations:
First, check to see if your Dunkin’ Donuts Card has been linked to your Override account.
Log in to your account at Override.com and select the "Link Partners" tab. All of the cards linked to your account are listed on this page. Double-check to make sure the number associated with your account is the same as the 16-digit number on the back of your Dunkin’ card.
Second, make sure you have registered your card at DunkinDonuts.com
In order for Dunkin' Donuts to know that you’ve earned your Dunkin' reward, your card must be registered at www.dunkindonuts.com. From the DunkinDonuts.com home page, select the DD Card tab, and then “Register Card”. Dunkin' Donuts will only keep track of purchases towards fuel rewards beginning from the registration date. Once you’ve completed your Dunkin' Donuts Card registration and linked it to your Override account, you’ll see your earned rewards listed in your Override account’s Transaction History within 48 hours of earning them.
Third, make sure you received a "Dunkin' Perks" email from Dunkin’ Donuts.
You'll receive these “Dunkin’ Perks: You’ve earned your Fuel Reward” notifications if you "agreed" to email communications from Dunkin' Donuts. Dunkin’ Donuts sends its registered cardholders an email every time they’ve earned a reward. Once you've received this email from Dunkin' Donuts, your reward will be visible in your Override account Transaction History within 48 hours.
